As Planned Works Coordinator, you will supervise and manage the development, implementation, monitoring enforcement and continuous optimization of the processes related to planned works on the Unifiber network in such a way that Unifiber can continue the deployment and growth of its network and can carry out maintenance work on its network with minimal or no impact on the customers. Clear communication and perfect execution are key to limit network outage and customer impact.
We're looking for an established Planned Works Coordinator who has proven track record as a Planned Works Coordinator. You will be responsible for:
- the impact analysis of Planned Works;
- assessing and planning of requests for work on the network in consultation with all stakeholders involved;
- correct and timely communication and information provisioning to customers regarding Planned Works;
- defining policy and processes related to planned works, performing continuous evaluation and optimization and providing advise for improvement projects;
- being the point of contact for questions/comments regarding the planned work process;
- managing the Change Advisory Board;
- support other departments within the Operations team.

- You have 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience as a planned works coordinator, preferably in a telecom environment;
- You have strong coordinating and communication skills, a facilitating nature, are structured in planning;
- You are process minded and have an understanding of basic process flows, finding gaps and opportunities;
- Ideally you are a native French speaker and good in English, both written and oral;
- You are flexible and have the capability to support other departments (e.g. Incident Management) in the Operations team;
- You are driven, enthusiastic and radiate confidence and responsibility.
Unifiber strives to deploy a Homes Passed network in municipalities in Wallonia, varying from 4.000 to 60.000 Homes Passed (living units) per municipality. The Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day activities and processes of the business. It’s mail role is to ensure that the company’s operations are running efficiently and effectively, and that the business is meeting its goals and objectives.
