As a (junior) IT support engineer your primary responsibility is to manage our IT applications, our office IT and interfacing to our external partners.
The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with good communication skills, ready to handle a broad variety of IT tasks and assist our IT manager in daily operations and improvements.
This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for IT-related queries
- Provide prompt assistance in diagnosing and resolving IT issues
- Manage accounts and access for employees and external partners
- Troubleshoot issues between internal- and external systems
- Collaborate on IT projects, such as the rollout of new applications and functionalities
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures
