To strengthen operational monitoring and improve data quality, we are looking for a Data Analyst to support the entire Build department.
This is a cross-functional position that involves acting as a liaison between the Build team and the IT department, translating operational needs into concrete solutions (reports, dashboards, automations).
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and clean data from various sources (contractors, Excel files, Monday, Power BI, etc.).
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the entire Build department (progress, volumes, performance).
- Assist in building Excel automations and creating links between files and databases.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for deployment project tracking.
- Serve as a bridge between Build and IT: translate operational needs into technical terms understandable by IT and ensure that the developed solutions meet field requirements.
- Contribute to the standardization of formats, processes, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the consistency and quality of shared data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of Build-related data.
- Facilitate communication between operational teams and IT by translating needs and proposing pragmatic solutions.
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting practices

- Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, links between files).

- Native French speaker and good in English, both written and oral.

The Build Department at Unifiber is responsible for the deployment and construction of the fiber network.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Build Department ensures that Unifiber’s fiber network is efficiently rolled out and compliant with regulations.
