Overview

Unifiber is a management company dedicated to the design, planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of a cutting-edge fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network across Wallonia. Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between Eurofiber and Proximus, Unifiber plays a key role in accelerating the region’s digital transition. Its objective is clear: to make 600,000 households and SMEs connectable to fibre by 2028, bringing ultra-fast, stable, and sustainable broadband to more than 60 cities and municipalities across Wallonia.
Over the coming decade, the company will invest nearly €1 billion to deploy 10,000 km of fibre optic infrastructure, providing the foundation for high-performance connectivity, smart city applications, and inclusive digital access for all. The open-access nature of the network ensures that any telecom operator can offer services to end users on a fair and non-discriminatory basis
Unifiber’s efforts are central to Digital Wallonia’s ambition to make the region a leader in digital innovation, economic growth, and energy efficiency. Fibre technology not only provides virtually unlimited two-way bandwidth — essential for teleworking, e-learning, streaming, gaming, and 8K applications — but also consumes less energy than copper or cable, contributing to a lower carbon footprint

Unifiber’s culture is based on efficiency, participation, and accountability, fostering an environment where collaboration and high performance go hand in hand.
Their five core values define how they work and interact:
One Team – A united group where collective goals take precedence over individual ones. Collaboration and mutual support drive success.
Simplicity – An agile organisation that avoids unnecessary complexity and bases decisions on facts and data.
Partnerships – A commitment to fair, win-win relationships within their ecosystem.
Top Performance – A drive for excellence, professionalism, and operational rigour in all aspects of the business.
Passion & Fun – A culture of enthusiasm and positivity, where achievements are celebrated, and balance is valued.

In addition to the opportunity to be part of a growing success story, we offer an attractive compensation package.
